Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day…a day to discuss openly, mental wellness issues.
And so, for this, I created a short 4 minute video.
It discusses ones thoughts. People often have told me to “just think positive thoughts”…which is terribly, terribly difficult when you are feeling low. However, I have found that it is in my control to at least not think “negative” thoughts…especially ones which are based on incorrect information.
And, when I don’t sabotage my mental health by telling myself incorrect negative thoughts, I have a better chance of feeling good.
